Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely stacked on a pallet if necessary to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
